I write this as tomorrow is the last day of the Moving Sale I have helped my seller in Oakton, VA. I want you to know that my biggest problem I have usually become attached to my seller or buyer. We both usually wonder what tomorrow will bring. It brings new day.
The day after settlement begins a true friendship. I can't tell you how many of my close friends were met as either buyers or sellers. I can now add another friend. She is a marvelous lady who plays the piano like an angel. She loves her faith and she is incredibly intelligent. I have enjoyed talking with her about many things. I enjoy listening to her. I look forward to laughing with her and absorbing the knowledge she has willing given me. She's learned from me too, how to market on Craigslist and how to do a Moving Sale and she has found it facinating, who would have known. The end is near but the beginning starts on January 15th, 2010.
